Enquiries, explained

What a missed enquiry really costs an institute.

Every enquiry is a family that has already chosen to look at you. Here's how enquiries leak, what that adds up to, and how institutes keep more of them.

How enquiries leak

Most enquiries aren't lost to a competitor. They're lost to silence: a call returned two days late, a demo class never confirmed, an application waiting for one document.

Each step without a named person and a date is where families drop out. Nobody decided to lose them; nobody was asked to keep them.

Example. 40 enquiries a month at a ₹1,44,000 course fee. Moving conversion from 20% to 30% means 4 more students a month, or ₹69,12,000 a year, with no extra spend on marketing.

Questions institutes ask about enquiries and fees

How fast should an enquiry be called back?

The same working day, and sooner if you can. A family who asked you usually asked two others too. Boost360 puts every enquiry on the board with a counsellor and a due time, and lists the overdue ones first, so the morning starts with the calls that matter.

Should I offer a free demo class?

For most coaching and training institutes, yes. A demo in a real batch answers the questions a brochure can't. Book it as a stage in the pipeline, on a real day and in a real seat, so it gets a reminder and a follow-up afterwards.

How do I stop fees running late?

Agree the fee plan at admission, send reminders before each due date, and make paying easy. Boost360 sets instalments per course, sends reminders in one click, and gives families a link to pay online. The overdue list shows who to call today, most owed first.

Does Boost360 take a share of fees?

No. It is a fixed yearly price, and fees go into your own payment account, so you pay only the payment gateway's charges.
